About Me

I've always had a passion for baking. I started to make desserts when I was pretty young, and I loved to experiment with different recipes, and to play around until I achieved perfect results.

Even though I already had some experience, I felt that I could always learn more, and decided to attend the French Pastry School in Chicago. I studied under world renowned chefs, and learned so much from them! Even after graduating, I am constantly learning new techniques and tricks, and always try to stay at the top of my game.

I always aim to satisfy, it makes me feel good when people enjoy what I've prepared. I cater to people with allergies and special diet restrictions. It is especially rewarding when I am able to make a type of dessert someone was not able to have before due to allergies.
